Shipping
We do not refund or re- ship packages that have been marked as delivered. If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive the order, a refund will not be issued. A police report needs to be filed for stolen package, or contact your post office to help locate the package
Return and Exchange detail
Any item that is returned should be in the exact condition you received it. It can not be worn or damaged. Refunds are for the purchase price only and does not include the shipping cost
Tariff fee
You may be required to pick up or sign for your package at the post office and pay a tariff fee. Any fees imposed by your country are your responsibility
Items marked as delivered by post office
If your item has been marked delivered and you did not receive it you have to file a claim with your local post office. I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or stolen from your property. Should either of those occur, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the post office and/or file a police report
